That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No, 9 981 together with the Zonin Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, 3 to-wit: Lots 30, 31, 32, 33, ah and 35 Third Unit, Curtwood Lake Es- tates. The Classification of said property is hereby chenged from Resi dential (R-1) District to Commercial (K-1) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted ty Crdirance Fa. C81, the zoning a Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said premises x for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Commercial (K-1) District; provided however that (1) The use be limited to Warehouse.
