Page 1 ORDINANCE NG. 1383 AN CRDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE If ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that’ certain property in the-City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows to-wit: Commencing at a point where the West right-of-way line of Craft Highway in- tersects the North right-of-way line of Foch Street; thence Northerly along the West right-of-way line of Craft Hwy. ,;: 227.22 feet to a point, this being the point of beginning. Thence continuing Northerly along the West right-of-way line 3 of Craft Highway two hundred (200) feet to a point; thence South 88° 33' West one hundred and sixty-eight (168) feet, more or less, to a point on North East corner of the property heretofore leased to the Lessee in lease dated 4/1/61; thence South 1° 08! East two hundred (200) feet to .a point; thence North 88° 33' East one hundred and sixty-eight (168) feet, more or less, to the point of be- ginning. The classification of said property is hereby changed from Commercial (B-2); District to Manufacturing (M-1) District and it shail hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures
