Page 1 LEGAL NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 828 An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City Of Prichaed,—#eing Ordi- nance No. 797. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALA- BAMA, AS FOLLOWS; SECTION 1, That the zoning ordinance of the City of Prich- ard, being Ordinance No. 797, together with the zoning map of the City of Prichard, be, and the sam is hereby changed and altered in respect to that cer- tain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, de- scribed as follows, to-wit: Lots 11 and 12, Block E, Hick- man Heights as per plat of same recorded in the Probate Court of Mobile County, Ala- bama. The classification of said prop- erty is hereby changed from Residence ‘3’ District (R-3) to Business ‘1’ District (B-1) and it shall hereafter be law- ful to construct on such prop- erty any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 797, the Zon- ing Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said prem- ises for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a B-1 District provided, how- ever, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the build- ing laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the building In- spector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the re- quirements of said Ordinance No. 797, SECTION 2.
