That the Clerk of the City of Prichard, Alabama is hereby authorized and directed tc have this Ordinance published in the Mobile Press Register, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Prichard, for two consecutive weeks and he shall also give notice to each known owner by registered mail whose property is affected by said improvement as the law provided in such cases, This Ordinance shall take effect - from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
