Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1519 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: Section I. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance.No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in re- spect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, to wit: COMMENCING AT A POINT OF THE NORTH OF NORTHWEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WOLF RIDGE ROAD WHERE IT IS INTERSECTED BY THE WEST OR SOUTHWEST BOUNDARY OF VESTAVIA, UNIT NO. ONE AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 15 PAGE 11 OF THE PROBATE COURT RECORDS OF MOBILE COUNTY, ALABAMA, RUN S 51° 51' W ALONG THE NORTH OF NORTHWEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WOLF RIDGE ROAD A DISTANCE OF 165.64 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PROPERTY CONVEYED TO THE ESTATE OF JACK C. GALLAEE, DE~ CEASED, ROBERT P. DENNISTON, ROBERT S. EDINGTON, I. DAVID CHERNIAK, FREDERICK G. GALLALEE, DECEASED, ETAL, THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTH OR SOUTHWEST BOUNDARY, RUNS S 34°°05' 08" E 503.09 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 17.13 ACRES AND BEING SUB- JECT TO 30' RIGHT OF WAY FOR ROAD AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF OWENS DIVISION ON THE ST. LOUIS TRACT. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Manufacturing (M-1) and Residential (R-4) District to Residential (R-4) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Residential (R-4) District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on Page 2 said property shall be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981. Section 2. This' Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law. ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF JANUARY, 1980.
