Page 1 O ORDINANCE #1893 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1884 ADOPTING THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, as follows: Section 1. The General Fund Budget for the City of Prichard, Alabama for Fiscal Year 2000-2001, is amended as per attached Exhibit “A”, pursuant to 11-43C-56 Code of Alabama 1975, as amended Section 2 This amended General Fund Budget shall be in effect for the budget year 2000-2001 ADOPTED this 7" day of May 2001.
