Page 1 ORDINANCE WO, 202) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THR ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, BRING ORDINANCE No. 981, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Z CITY COUNCILG« OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWSs SECTION 1, That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning map of the City of Prichard, be, and the same are hereby changed and altered ie respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, deseribed as follows, to-wit: t 24, Range 4 West, Lot 25, except the North 150 feet i West, Owen Division of the St. Louis Tract; Ls} beg ing at the Northeast corner of Anton St. and Oats hve. \ run Northwardly, along the East line of Anton St., 393 feet aN more or less, to the South line of Estelle Rstates; thence hastwaraly, is along the South line of Estelle Estates, 189 ey | thence . Southwardly, and parallel to Anton Bt., 393 feet to the north line of Oats Ave.; thence Westwardly, along the North line of Oats Ave.s 189 feet to the point of beginning. The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential 2 District (R-2) to Residential 3 District (R+3), conditioned upon the property being used for single family occupancy, and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by Ordinance No, 981, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said premises for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a District, with the foregoing restriction provided, however, that the plans for any structure or but iding sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the building Inspector of the City of Prichard and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981, SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall have full foree and effect upon its approval as required by law.
