Page 1 ORDINANCE NO._1018 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE oF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, BEING ORDINANCE Wo. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS s SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard, be, and the same are hereby changed and eltered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alebama, described as follows, to-wit: That lot of land described as peing bounded by a line commencing at the point where W/L of Basil Chastang Grant intersects S/L of R/w of Mobile-Citronelle Public Road as now surveyed then run S-ly along said W/L 200 ft then run E-ly 90 ft to a point then N-ly 180 ft to S/L of said Public Road then run W-ly along said S/L 100 ft to point of beginning being same property acquired by Tradell Weaver - Deed Book 243, Page +89 and being same property acquired by Alfred and Alice Turner from Tradell Weaver - Deed Book 247, Page 480. The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential 1 District (R+-1) to Business 2 District (B-2) and it stall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 931, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said oremises for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a B-2 District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the building inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 931.
