Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1774 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: Ethel Lee Buford, 1303 Clara Ave., Prichard From the Westward most corner of Lot 1 Block H, according to the May of Neely, run North 50 degrees 45 minutes East along a Northerly line of Lots 1 and 12 in Block H a distance of 177.4 feet to the point of beginning of the property herein described; thence continue North 50 degrees 45 minutes East 68.1 feet to the Northerly most corner of Lot 12; thence South 36 degrees 00 minutes East along an Eastwardly line of Lots 12 and ll in Block H a distance of 82 feet, thence South 50 degrees 45 minutes West along the South line of Lot 11 a distance of 55.5 feet to a point; thence North 44 degrees 48 minutes West along a fence line 82.04 feet to the point of beginning. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from B-1l Business -1l District to R-2, Residential -2 and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Residential - 2 District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shail be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only inicomplianee with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance #981.
