BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCILS OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the city of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the East right of way line of Bessemer Avenue with the South right of way line of Main Street as shown on plat of Engine Street Urban Renewal Project, Revised Plat as recorded in Map Book 18, Pages 53 A & B ef the records in the office of the Judge of Probate Court of Mobile County, Alabama, run S 40° 00’ 00” E along said South right of way line of Main Street 139.87 feet to a point; thence continuing along said South right of way line of Main Street run S 36° 44’ 24” E 221.85 feet to a point; thence continuing along said South right of way line of Main Street run S$ 53° 15’ 36” W 40.0 feet to a point; thence continuing along said South right of way line of Main Street run S 36° 44’ 24” EB 431.89 feet to a point; thence run S 53° 38’ 36” W 114.67 feet to the P.Cc. of a curve to the left having a central angle of 11° 09’ 36” anda radius of 795.10 feet; thence run Southwestwardly along the arc of said curve 154.87 feet to the P.T. of said curve; thence run S 42° 29’ 00” W 303.02 feet to a point; thence run N 47° 31’ 00” W 386.17 feet to a point; thence run S 42° 09’ 00” W 1145.67 feet to a point; thence run N 10° 44’ W 260.79 feet to a point; thence run N 47° 30’ 30” W 163.86 feet to a point on the East right of way line of Bessemer Avenue; thence along said East right of way line of Bessemer Avenue run as follows: N 49° 45’ 38” E 122.0 feet, N 44° 17’ 45” E 230.0 feet and N 42° 29’ 00” E 1387.82 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 19.7178 Acres. The Classification of said property, aka 800 Hinson Avenue, Prichard, Alabama Alabama is here by changed from Residential (R-3) District to Central Business (B-2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Central Business (B-2) District; provided however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, Page 2 O including the requirements of said Ordinance # 981.
