ORDINANCE NO. 1398
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A HISTORIC PRICHARD DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CETY COUNCIL OF THE CITy or
PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS POLLOWSs
THAT The Area shown on the attached map is hereby
designated as a Historic Prichard District under
the provisions of Ordinance No. 1394 of the City of
Prichard, adopted August 20, 1974.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect
upon its approval, as required by law.
Adopted this 10th day of December, 1974.
