Page 1 fe 'S ORDINANCE 1904 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZOINGING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1806. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALBAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981 is hereby changed and altered as follows: ARTICLE V, Section A, 4.1 Engineering Review Fee A fee of $350.00 per plat or project review for sites of five acres or less, with and additional fee of $50.00 for each acre or portion of acre in the review. Should a submittal require changes or modifications to meet or exceed the City’s storm water program requirements, the deficiencies will be noted and the submittal returned. The basic review fee will not be reduced or reimbursed. Upon re-submittal, an additional fee of $150.00 per re-review will apply for a basic project of five acres or less, with an additional $50.00 per acre or portion thereof, to be applied to the $150.00 fee.
