ORDINANCE #1637
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1634 WHICH AMENDS SECTION 1. OF ORDINANCE NO.
1100 (LICENSE CODE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA), BY ADDING TO THE DEFINITION
OF FEEA MARKETS THE WORDS “AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS''.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. of Ordinance No. 1100 be and hereby is amended by adding thereto
Paragraph 179A as follows:
179A. FLEA MARKETS: Open air markets operated at a fixed location and
selling secondhand articles, antiques and miscellaneous items but not involved
in the sale of foods or beverageS .....seseveevurs $50.00 per year.
All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1100 shall remain in full force and
effect.
Adopted this 3rd day of September, 1985.
