Page 1 TT orpinance no. 2S 7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That paragraph (8) of sub-section (b) of Section 1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 720, be and hereby is amended to read as follows: (8) All property abutting on Whistler Avenue from its intersection with Wilson Avenue to a point 400 feet North of the North line of Turner Road, except~ ing Parcel 3 of Summersgill's Subdivision as per plat of same recorded in Map Book 8 Page 124, Pro~ bate Court Records of Mobile County, Alabama. SECTION 2. That sub-section (b) of Secgion 1 of the Zoning Ordin- ance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 720, be and hereby is amended by the addition of the following paragraph at the end thereof: (33) Lot lying on the East side of Carr Street com~ mencing at a point 50 feet North of Whatley Street, thence running North 25 feet for its frontage and being 25 feet in width and 90 feet in depth, and be- ing a part of Lot 11, Block 13, Whistler, Mobile County, Alabama.
