Page 1 s af ORDINANCE NO. 2727 , 4 BE If ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, It shall be unlawful for any parson, firm or corporation to cause or allow any vehicle commonly used for the storage or transportation of gasoline ‘or-diiy substitute therefor to be parked or left standing at any point in the Gity of Prichard“or within the Police Jurisdiction thereof which is within 90 feet of any residence or dwelling SECTION 2. This Ordinarice shall not apply to such vehicles when the same are in the process of loading or\wnloading gasoline or any substitute “ - Sng, , therefore SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating Section 1 hepeof shall upon-wemisgiicur be fined not more than $100.00, . fs o and may in addition, be sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City ° of Prichard for a term not to exceed six months.
