Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1096 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 669, THE LICENSE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, That Section 1 of Ordinance No, 669, the License Schedule of the City of Prichard is hereby amended so as to add there- to the following: 75-A Commercial Car Wash - $55.00, 76-4 Cement (wholesale) distributing warehouse - $165,00. 116-A Electric Motor Repair - $41.25 142-A Used Furniture - $31.00 SECTION 2, That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 669, the License Schedule of the City of Prichard is hereby amended to read as follows: 140, Fruit and produce, not principal business, stock over $50.00 = $10.45; under $50.00 - $6.05, 287. Sign Painting or erecting, 3 or less employees - $16.50; more than 3 employees - $29.50, To secure permit for each job, permit fee to be 1% of cost of job plus 1/2 of 1% to apply on license, 288. Sign NEON Company - To secure permit for each job. Permit fee to be 1% of cost of job plus 1/2 of 1% to apply on license, No permit for less than $110.00.
