BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF j,
PRICHARD, ALABAMA: y
SECTION i, Until an adoption
of a later ordinance by the city
of Prichard relative thereto, the
fare to be charged by any per-
son, firm or corporation operating ‘
any bus or buses in the City of
Prichard or in the Police Juris-
diction thereof shall not be great-
er than the fares set forth as fol-
lows:
For each trip for’ one person j
within one zone (not including
school children) 10c or one token.
For each trip for one person
. passing through more than one
zone (not including school chil-
dren) 15¢ or two tokens or 10c
and one token.
Transfers le each.
For each student attending the
pubNe and parochial grade schools
and high schools (regardless of
age) for each trip within a zone,
5c, plus 5c ‘for an additional zone
traveled into on the same trip.

conviction be fined not more than
