Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. / / a AN ORDINANCE FIXING TIME LIMITS FOR PARKING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, .AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle or other object for more than two (2) consecu- tive hours between 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on the north side of Main Street between Holmes Street ani Hogar. Ave., except ing, however, Sundays and legal holidays.. . Section 2. Any person violating Section 1 of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollers, and may in addition, be sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
