Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1898 CO AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1135, THE PARADE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Section 4(4) of Ordinance Number 1135 shall be and hereby is amended to read as follows: (4) Fee. There shall be a $50.00 fee paid at the time of filing the application for a parade permit. 2. All other parts of Ordinance Number 1135 shall be and remain the same. 3. Ifany section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provisions and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. S) 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. The repeal provided in this section shall not affect any offense or act committed before the adoption and publication of this ordinance. 5.
