Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1897 BE IT ORDANINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: The minimum amount in court costs to be assessed by the Judges of the Municipal Court upon conviction for the offenses of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or a combination of both shall be as follows: 1. The minimum court cost for a first offense shall be $490. 2. The minimum court cost for second offense shall be $740. 3. The minimum court cost for third offense shall be $1240. The court may, in its discretion, impose higher costs not inconsistent with law. Repealer: Any ordinance in conflict with this ordinance is hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
