ORDINANCE no. 1299
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1287, THE GARBAGE
SERVICE CHARGE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD.
BE If ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. Ordinance No. 1287, The Garbage Service Charge Ordinance
of the City of Prichard, is hereby repealed.
2. All monies paid under the provisions of said Ordinance
No. 1287, whether as payment for services or as penalties shail

be. réfunded to those making such payments and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to refund said monies within a reasonable time.
3. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and
approval as required by law.
Adopted this 20th day of August , L971.
