BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person
to park any private motor vehicle in any parking space
in the City of Prichard which is designated by a sign
restricting such space for parking for police vehicles
only.
Section 2. A person violating this ordinance shall,
upon conviction, be fined not more than $25.00 and cost
of Gourt.
