Ce, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a log a truck or paperwood truck on the streets and highways of the City of Prichard excepting, however, the following named streets or highways (a) St. Stephens Road (U. 8. Highway 45) (bo) Craft Highway (c) Bay Bridge Road Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance shall not apply to trueks being taken to or from the residence or place of business of the owner of such trucks. Section as Any person violating Section 1 of this ordinance shall upon conviction, be, punished by a fine of not nore than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and may in addition, be sentenced to jail or we labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to“exceed six mon - : Section +.
