Page 1 Ae, ORDINANCE NUMBER Ke O BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama, as follows: SECTION I : It shall be unlawful and an offense against the City of Prichard for any person, firm or corporation to place or cause to be placed or to allow to remain in any private home any music machine, juke box or other similar devise by whatever name called which shall be operated through the insertion of a coin therein. SECTION II _: Any person, firm, association or corporation found guilty of violation of Section I hereof shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) and in addition thereto, in the discretion of the City Recorder, may be sentenced to jail or hard labor for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
