Page 1 ORDINANCE # i169 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #704 BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama, as follows: SECTION 1: Ordinance #704 is amended so that Section 3 (b) is deleted therefrom and of no further force and effect. SECTION 2: Ordinance #704 is amended so that Section 4 (bp) is deleted therefom and of no further force and effect. SECTION 3: All ordinances or resolutions heretofore passed, and parts thereof, in conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
