From the city limits north to the intersection of Prichard Lane-~---- 30 mph; B. It shall be unlawful and. a violation of the City traffic code to’ exceed the above prescribed speed limits. Any violation of this Ordinance shall be pun- ished by a fine not to exceed $100.00. \ ~ 4 SECTION 3. The City Inspection Department shall post the necessary speed limit signs immediately upon the effective date of this Ordinance. SECTION 4.
