Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1771 AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE DISPOSAL OF USED TYRES IN 'THE CITY OF PRICHARD SPONSOR: MAYOR NORWOOD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY oF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: _ , . : SECTION 1. Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the business of selling, trading, swapping, changing, repairing. or storing used tires shall keep a separate record of the number of new and used tires purchased, traded, retained, stored. and/or kept on the premises of such person, firm, corporation for each “+ month, ' SECTION 2. At the end of each month, it shall be-noted on Said record the following: . . ‘ NEW. TIRES: a. The number of tires sold and th person or entity to whom said tires were sold; ‘ b. The number of tires traded or swapped and the person or entity to whom said tires were traded or swapped; G. The number tires otherwise disposed of and the name , and address of the person or entity disposing. of said tires and the date, location and manner that each Said tire was disposed; d. The number of tires kept, retained or otherwise. “stored upon the premises. USED TIRES: a. The number of tires sold and the person or entity to whom said tires were sold; b.
