ORDINANCE NO. 4b
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON SPECIFIED PORTION OF FIRST STREET,
HICKMAN HEIGHTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA
AS FOLLOWS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor
Section 1.
vehicle or other object on the east or west side of First Street
between Central Boulevard and North Boulevard.
Section 2. Any person violating Section 1 of this Ordinance
shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than.
One Hundred ($100.00) Doliars, and may in addition, be sentenced to
jail or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to
exceed six (6) months.
Adopted this 20th day of January, 1958.
