ORDINANCE NO. 793
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LIQUOR ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
GITY OF PRICHARD -*
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, -AS FOLLOWS:. - -
SECTION 1. That Section One of the Liquor Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Prichard, Alabama, being Ordinance No. 443
as amended by Ordinances Nos. 482, 488, 497 and 698, be
and hereby is amended by the addition of the following sub-
section at the end thereof:
(9) That portion of the East side of Craft Highway
known-as 502 North Craft Highway.
SECTION 2, That this Ordinance shall have full force and
effect upon its approval as required by law.
Adopted this 12th day of September, 1958.
