I herewith veto the above because I do not consider it appropriate
that we should reduce license fees on an ad hoc basis and would be
discriminatory to other businesses which have not been given a tax
reduction, and in addition, I have not been provided certain records
from the nursing home or the Board which created the home necessary
to make a judgment in regard to this matter.
