Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1353 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY oF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I, That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard being Ordinance No, 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follow to-wit: The West 200 feet, more or less of the following described property: That part of Section 28, Township 3 South, Range 1 West, bounded on the south by Foch Street, on the east by the west. line of Section 27, on the north by the right of way of the Alabama State Docks Terminal Railroad, and on the west by Craft Highway, containing five (5) acres, more or less, The said West 200 feet, more or less, being bounded on the West by the right of way line of Craft Highway, on the South by the north right of way line of Foch Street and on the North by the south right of way line of the Alabama State Docks Terminal Railroad and on the East by ‘that portion of the above described property presently zoned M-I on the City of Prichard Zoning Map. . Ly The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Business (B-2) District to Industry (M-1) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in an Industry (M-1) District provided however that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements ~ of said Ordinance No. 981.
