ORDINANCE NO. 1408
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to place, throw, deposit or leave or cause to be
placed, thrown, deposited or left in any public street, high-
way, lane, alley, park, plaza or square any trash, refuse or
debris of any kind or nature.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation convicted of
violating this ordinance shall, on conviction, be fined not
more than $100.00 or imprisoned in the City Jail for not more
than six months.
Adopted this 16 th day of December, 1975.
