Page 1 ©) ORDINANCE # 1648 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE # 1245, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCES # 1313, 1515, 1548, AND 1549, IMPOSING. A CITY SALES TAX. BE IT ORDAINED BY the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama, as follows: SECTION 1. That Ordinarice# 1245 as amended by ordinance # 1313, 1515, 1548, and 1549, imposing a City Sales Tax in the City of Prichard, Alabama, be, and is hereby amended so that said Sales Tax shall be and is increased fran 3% to 4%, effective date, February 1, 1986.
