ORDINANCE NO. A GL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 669 be and
hereby is amended by the addition of the
following sub-section at the end thereof:
344. Trading Stamps, Coupons, Etc.,
each person, firm or corporation
engaged in the business of selling
or issuing trading stamps or coupons,
or any device or substitute therefor... $750.00.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
Adopted this Ist day of April, 1957.
