AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE #1195
ADOPTED APRIL 15, 1969.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance #1195 of the City of Prichard,
adopted April 1969, be and hereby is repealed,
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its adoption and publication as provided by law.
