Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1295 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard, be, and the same are hereby danged and altered in respect to the certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, to-wit: Comg. intersection N/L U. S. Highway 45 with W/L Chickasawbogue Creek Rd. in E 1/2 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 Sec 24 T3S R2W then N 46 Deg 30 Min W Alg Hwy 45 385 Ft to center of Branch then NE-LY alg center of Branch 125 ft then SE-LY 285 FT to W/L Chickasawbogue Creek Rd then S-LY alg said Rd 195 feet to beg. The classification of said property is hereby changed from Resident- ial (R-1) District to Commerical (B-2) District and it shall here- after be lawful to construct on such property any structure per- mitted by Ordinance No. 981, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said premises for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a commerical (B-2) District; provided, however,that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by theBuilding Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirments of said Ordinance No. 981. Section 2. This ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law. ADOPTED this 19th day of July.
