ORDINANCE NO._960
AN ORDINANCE TO CONFIRM IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE NO. 957.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. ‘That Improvement Ordinance No.
957 providing for certain street improvements on
the following street:
Grace Avenue - from the Northeast edge
of Myers road West to
dead end
is hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2, That this Ordinance shall have
full force and effect upon its approval as required
by law.
ADOPTED this 9th day of September, 1963.
