Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1524 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE CARRYING OF HAND GUNS INTO ANY ESTABLISHMENT LICENSED BY THE ABC BOARD OF THE STATE OF ALABAMA WITHIN THE CITY OF PRICHARD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, _ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS : Section 1.° {t shall be unlawful for any unlicensed person ‘in the City of Prichard to carry a pistol, either openly or concealed about’ his person into any establishment in the City of Prichard licensed by the ABC Board of the State of Alabama. Section 2. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to persons exempt under the provisions of Section 13-6-154 and 155 of the Code of Alabama 1975. Section 3. Any person violating this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdeameanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $250.00 nor more than $500.00 and be imprisoned in the City Jail for not less than 10 days and not more than 6 months or both on a first conviction. Section 4, Any person violating this Ordinance on a Second conviction shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $300.00 nor more than $500.00 and be imprisoned in the City Jail for not less than 20 days and not more than 6 months, or both. ... Section 5. Any person violating this Ordinance on a Third. conviction shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $400.00 nor more than $500.00 and be imprisoned in the City Jail for not less than 30 days and not more than. 6 months, or both.
