ORDINANCE NO. 1049
AN ORDINANCE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to
stand or park a vehicle on the South side of Main Street
between Phillips Street and Holmes Drive for a period in
excess of two hours,
Section 2, Any person violating Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine
of not more than $100.00.
Adopted this 25th day of October, 1965.
