ORDINANCE NO. #1645
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE #1639 WHICH AMENDED
ORDINANCE #1245 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCES #1313, #1515, #1548
AND #1549.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, that Ordinance #1639 be and hereby is repealed and
that all other provisions and amendments to Ordinance #1245
including the amendments thereto done by Ordinances #1313,
#1515, #1548 and #1549 remain in full force and effect.

This Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and
publication as provided by law.
Adopted this the -° 2.3 day of Ll pda , 1985.
