Page 1 ORDINANCE NO, # (33 Be It Ordained By The City Counell of The City of Prichard, Alabama, as follows: Section I, It shall be unlawful and an offence against the City of Prichard, Alabama, for any person, firm or corpora- tion to ran, operate or maintain in the City of Prichard or within the police Jurisdiction thereof eny junk yard or wrecking yard or similar establishment by whatever nane called which shall sllow or cause any one or more of the following conditions to exists: (a) Any wrecked vehicle or substantial portion thereof to be left in wrecking area for more than thirty (30) days. (b) Any wrecked vehicles or parts thgrof to be placed or allowed to remain on right of way property. (sc) Any wrecking or dastruction of vehicles un= less carried on behind a suitable fence or screen which does not allow the public to view such operation. (4) Any conduct of such business in such manner ASS US -eénetitute a nuleance-to-the public or to. persons living or working near such business. Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violation of Section 1 hereof or any subdivision thereof shall, upon conviction be fined not more than $100.00 and may, in the discretion of the Judge or Recorder trying the same be sentenced to jJafl or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six sonths, one or both.
