Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. andi AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION . 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that’ certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follow to-wit: Beginning at the intersection of the West Right-of-way Line of U.S. Highway No.45 and the South Right-of-way line of Sixth Street; thence S-27906' -E and along the said West Right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No.45 a distance of 173.94 feet; thence S-63044'-W a distance of 219.99 feet; thence S-52035'-W a distance of 38.75 feet; thence N-26035'-\ a distance of 132.37 feet to a point on the South Right-of-way line of 6th Street; thence N-52055'-E and along the South Right-of-way Line of 6th Street a distance of 260.88 feet to the Point of beginning. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from (R-2) District to (B-1) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a (B-1) District provided however that; (a) that prior to any additional structures being built or a building permit issued, that a site plan be submitted to the Planning Com- mission for its approval; (bp) that the present foliage barrier be kept and maintained; and, the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
