Page 1 aa orpinance wo. Z ? 4’ BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No, 660 heretofore passed is hereby repealed. SECTION 2, It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle on the south side of Clark Street in the City of Prichard between Edison Street and Main Street. SECTION 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle on the North side of Clark Street in the City of Prichard between Holmes Street and Edison Street. SECTION 4, Any person violating Section 2 of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars and may in addition, be sentenced to hard labor or jail for the City of Prichard for a term of not to exceed six (@) Months.
