Page 1 ORDINANCE’ NO. i622 ne —_—— AN ORDINANCE AMEND'NG THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the East line of the right of way of the Mobile-Citronelle Highway, also known as Highway 45, as laid out and graded, with the west line of said Molton Street, thence running Northwardly along the West line of™said Molton Street a distance of 127.5 feet to a point, being the point of intersection with the land formerly owned by Warner, thence running Northwestwardly along a line of land formerly owned by Warner, 125 feet to a point, being the point of intersection with the South line of land now owned by Chandler, thence running Southwestwardly along the South line of the - land of said Chandler, a distance of 109.7 feet to a point, which is 123.3 feet from the point of beginning; thence run ‘ Southwardly along the East line of said Mobile-Citronelle Highway, also known as U.S. Highway 45, a distance of 123.3 feet to the point of beginning. The Classification of said.property is hereby changed from Residential ve (P71) District to.
