AN ORDINANCE TO CONFIRM IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE NO, 1239
BE if ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That Improvement Ordinance No, 1239 providing
for certain street improvements on the following street‘
GRANT CIRCLE (formerly 4a *s Court): From a
Ce Sa eee ln the intersection of
Street go North, “ast, South and “est in a
gieckwise direction back to the intersection of
Grant Circle,
is hereby confirmed,
SECTION 2, That this Ordinance shall have full force and
effect upon its approval as required by law.
Adopted this 15th day of June, 1970,
