Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. __ 94 An Ordinance to Modify Improvement Ordinance lo. 948 of the City of Prichard, Alabama, whieh was Adopted and Approved on May 6, 1963 and to Confirm said Ordinance as Herein Modified. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council (herein called “the couneil") of the City of Prichard (herein called the 4 1 3 1 3 0 262 495 851 52 -1 5 1 3 1 3 1 262 512 115 35 65.580109 city) in the State of Alabama, as follows: SECTION 1, It is hereby found and determined by the Council as follows: pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 of the City's Improvement Ordinance No, 948 adopted by the Couneil and ght sy by the Mayor on May 6, 1963 the Council met at the City Hall in the City at 5:00 o'clock P.Me, on June 3, 1963 for the pose of hearing any objections protests and remonstrances that might be made to the improvements provided for in said improvement ordinance the manner of making the same and the character of material or materials to be used; a number of protests or objections were made with respect to the said rovement Ordinance No, 948 at the said meeting of June 3, 1963. ‘The Council has given full consideration to each protest or objection made with respect to the said improvement ordinance and the improvements provided for therein; and the Council has concluded that it is in the public interest that said improvement ordinance be modified as herein provided and that said improvement ordinance be confirmed as herein modified, SECTION 2, That section one (1) of said Improvement ordinance No. 948 be modified so as to delete therefrom the following: “Warren Street - Beginning at the intersection of Warren Street and Center Street thence run in a Northwester — a the center of Warren Street for a distance ect. SECTION 3, The said ovement Ordinance No, 948 as herein modified, shall be and hereby is ratified and confirmed. ADOPTED this _ 6th _ day of June » 1963.
