Pursuant to the provisions of Title 37, Section 407, ;Alabama Code of 1940, as amended and supplemented, the persons holding the following named offices are hereby designated as persons who shall administer oaths and issue writs of arrest for such fiolations of law and the ordinances of the City of Prichard that constitute a misdemeanor: Chiefof Police, Lieutenants, Sergeants, and Clerk of the Recorder's. - Court. . SECTION TWO.
