Page 1 ORDINANCE No. 7S 7 AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING PARALLEL PARKING ON A FORTION OF JANIE AVENUE. BE If ORDAINED BY THE CIETY COUNCIL OF THE CL¥ OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park a vehicle on Janie Avenue between Turner Read and Fershing Street other than parallel with the edge of thé street and with the cight hand wheeis of the vehicle within twelve inches of the curb or edge of the street. Seétion 2. Any person vielating Section 1 of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be puwished by a fine of not more than One Hondred ($100.00) Dollars, and may in addition, be sentenced to jail or havd labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) moaths.
