SECTION 1. That the grades of the streets and portions thereof hereinafter described are hereby fixed and established, both as - to the center of said streets and the curb line or lines of same, in accordance with profile sheets prepared by Polyengineering, Inc., Consulting Engineers, exhibited to this Council, and on file in the office of the CITY CLERK; the number of the profile sheet- applicable to each street or portion thereof being shown below: DEKALB STREET - between Marengo Street . and Wilcox Street-Profile Sheet No. 1.
