Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. # 1694 AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING, AFFIRMING AND EXTENDING ORDINANCE NG. 1406 Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama (herein called the City) as follows: Saction 1, The City hereby ratifies and affirms Ordinance No. 1406, approved and adopted on the 2nd day of December, 1975: ‘the rights, pri-~ vileges, authorities and franchises granted thereunder shall be extended to September 1, 2018 and shall continue in full force and effect until said date. Section 2. This Ordinance shail be published at the expense of the Water Works and Sewer Board of the City of Prichard in one issue of the Mobile Press Register, a newspaper published in Mobile County and having a general circulation in the City (there being no newspaper published in the City having such circulation), and shall become effective upon such publication, Section 3.
